We offer standard curbside delivery, as well as white-glove delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, unboxing, and debris removal for a flat fee.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Yes, professional installation can be added to your order for most dishwashers, laundry units, and ranges. Please ensure all necessary utility connections are ready prior to arrival.
What is your return policy for major appliances?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For items that have been installed or used, we offer a limited return window subject to a 15% restocking fee and inspection.
Are the appliances covered by a warranty?
All products sold by Appliance World Online come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor beyond the initial year.
How do I track my delivery status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large freight shipments, our local delivery partner will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a time window.
