Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective foam, hardware, and instruction booklets are present.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
